The moon wanders behind the clouds,
Just floating in the open space trying to keep it's head up.
The sun can't find me nowhere now,
I've made my mind to stay in the reverie forever.
Peaking through my window, what are you trying to see?
Let me live my dreams in peace.
Knocking at the front door,
And again, again, again just leave me be.
I can't see,
Why you hold me,
When I say,
Go away.
Distant heartbeat on the horizon,
I never heard another,
Quiet thumping softly like it,
A thought of pure and gold.
Flower scent the prairie flying,
Colors sift the open,
Air as fresh and newly crying,
Spreads of wings to float in,
Plenty valley view the skylit,
Green below the flora,
Sits beneath the trees to highest,
Reaches of the morn,
Wishing for a chance to find it,
Waking every dawn,
To walls and closed doors, shut my eyelids,
Hope to make them gone.
